
HOW WE CHARGE OUR CLIENTS?
We charge our clients in one of two ways:
ï‚·Hourly – between $150.00/hr. to $400/hr. depending on the number of RCIC’syears of experience.
ï‚·Special Retainer – a flat rate that is charged for a particular service.
We collect a 50% non-refundable upfront deposit to secure the services of a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. The work will start upon receipt of the deposit in the corporate bank account. The remainder will be paid in installments within a month or two as agreed upon. We also accept upfront full payment of the professional services. Final payment must be paid at most 2 weeks before the submission of the immigration application to IRCC.
We charge Professional Fees only. The client will be responsible for paying the IRCC Application Fees, Governmental Fees, Biometrics, Medical and other costs associated with procurement of documents and other requirements.
Payments are made directly to the corporate account through Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, bank draft, e-transfer, wire transfer and global money transfer. If the Principal Applicant is applying from Canada, you will be charged in Canadian Dollars plus 13% HST will be applied to the cost. If the Principal Applicant is applying from Philippines, you will be charged in Canadian Dollars converted to Philippine Pesos plus 12% VAT will be applied to the cost when you pay to our Philippine Bank Account. If the Principal Applicant is applying from Philippines, you will be charged in Canadian Dollars tax-free when you pay to our Canadian Bank Account. Third party fees, bank fees and charges related to sending the professional fees to our bank account will be paid by the client.
