By booking a service with Ellis Immigration, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Consultation Fee: You are required to pay a consultation fee of CAD$175.00 plus applicable taxes and processing fees of CAD $2.50. Please note that consultation fees are non-refundable for missed or cancelled appointments. Validity of Quotes: Any quotes provided for services during the consultation are valid for 90 days, provided that no circumstances discussed during the consultation change. Scope of Initial Consultation: The purpose of the Initial Consultation is to assess your eligibility, review eligibility questions, and assist with choosing the right programs and services. However, it does not include case-specific questions, document review, assistance with paperwork, assistance with submitted or in-progress applications, or review of application forms or supporting documentation for the application. Follow-up Questions: A maximum of 2-3 simple follow-up questions are permitted if they are submitted within 7 days of the consultation and are limited to the consultation topics. Any questions outside of these parameters will require a new paid consultation. Privacy Policy: All information discussed or disclosed in the consultation is bound by our Privacy Policy. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Ontario, Canada. Risk Acknowledgement: By booking a service, you acknowledge that any interaction with Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) undertaken by you without retaining Ellis Immigration Inc. as a legal representative is done at your own risk, and Ellis Immigration Inc. accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any such interaction.
